4.2 Description of software Functions
4.2.1 DAS function of data acquisition system
The data acquisition system (DAS) should continuously collect and process all important measuring point signals and equipment status signals related to the electrical system, so as to provide relevant operation information to the operator in time and realize the safe operation of the unit. Once the unit occurs any abnormal conditions, timely alarm, improve the unit utilization rate. Generally have the following functions.
(1) Display: including operation display, group display, bar chart display, trend display, alarm display, etc.
(2) Tabulation records: including regular records, accident recall records, sequence of events (SOE) records, trip list, etc.
(3) Historical data storage and retrieval.
(4) Secondary calculation and unit performance.
4.2.2 Sequential control system SCS(G/A) function
The sequence control of electrical part is mainly composed of three functional groups:
(1) Generator – transformer function group, which includes the following sequential control sub-group items:
Item of high-voltage side circuit breaker and tool brake of generator – transformer group: The sub-item includes high-voltage side breaker of generator – transformer group and ⅰ-female and ⅱ-female disconnector of high-voltage side, etc.;
Synchronous sub-item: This sub-item includes generator synchronous system, automatic synchronous control of generator is completed by special electrical device (ASS), DCS should have operation window;
Excitation subgroup item: This subgroup item includes generator excitation system and AVR, etc.
(2) Factory power supply function group, which includes the following sequence control sub-group items:
High voltage factory power supply sub-item: This sub-item includes high voltage factory work and standby branch, etc.;
Low-voltage factory power supply sub-item: the sub-item includes the 6kV side circuit breaker, 380V side circuit breaker and 380V side segmented circuit breaker of the factory transformer connected with 6kV;
Security power sub-item: The sub-item includes the work of the security section and the circuit breaker of the standby incoming line, the instrument and control transformer incoming line circuit breaker and the instrument and control segmented circuit breaker, etc.
Plant power quick cutting sub-item: This sub-item includes the function of plant power normal quick cutting device.
(3) Plant utility and standby power supply function group, which includes the following sequential control sub-group items:
High voltage start/standby power sub-item: The sub-item includes the start/standby transformer high voltage side circuit breaker, disconnecting switch, 6kV side circuit breaker, start/standby transformer on-load voltage regulating switch, etc.
Sub-item of low-voltage factory common section: The sub-item includes 6kV side circuit breaker, 380V side circuit breaker and 380V side circuit breaker of the transformer connected with 6kV.
