5 Configure the backup monitoring device
According to the operation experience of 300MW units, after the use of DCS in the machine and furnace control of Jiujiang, Xinyang and Yiyang power plants with CRT and keyboard monitoring as the center, the display instrument, operator/switch and alarm window on the control panel are reduced as much as possible. The only backup monitoring equipment retained is:
(1) All analog signals are displayed in DCS, and only a small amount of display instruments are kept on the disk.
(2) Only keep a small number of important electrical switches and cancel the electrical control panel/disk, the control function is realized in DCS. As to whether the manual synchronous switch should be retained or not, it is suggested to cancel the manual synchronous switch because the reliability of the automatic quasi-synchronous device is getting higher and higher. The reserved backup manual switch is: emergency trip button of generator and transformer group circuit breaker; Generator out magnetic switch trip button; Emergency button for diesel generator.
