With the rapid development of computer and the continuous improvement of control technology, the
machine and furnace control and electrical control are increasingly not coordinated, and the control level is gradually extended. In order to solve this contradiction, the effective way is to incorporate the electrical DCS control, so that both the use of DCS has mature decentralized control technology, and can improve the electrical control level. Electrical control into DCS, can make full use of the means of DCS, the electrical anti-misoperation and other functions to achieve more convenient, more complete, and the relevant amount of display alarm and electrical equipment control regulation organically combined, effectively improve the safety and reliability of the entire electrical control.
